I use it to support my wrist while I sleep. It works well. Not too long to be uncomfortable and I did have to cut the straps like others suggested.

This brace provides good support. I use it at night. It fits comfortably. The velcro straps were easy to shorten. I would buy it again.

I use a product when doing renovations and working with tools as I have past wrist injuries. I also use it for any heavy duty work that may put stress on my wrists (workouts, shovelling snow). Because I use it for construction I am on my third one (fabric wear and tear) but I will continue buying them as it is perfect as long as you been the metal back a little bit to be able to hold certain tools. I also cut the straps shorter so I can comfortably wear it under my work gloves.
