This worked well for me after breast reduction surgery. When I moved from a recliner to my bed, it provided the elevation I needed. It is large and I did slip down the incline as I slept, but neither of those was particularly bothersome, and the support and comfort provided far outweighed any issue encountered. I am considering buying the same wedge with a smaller angle incline for regular nighttime use.
